Refund policy

We want you to enjoy every product you receive from ZakFarm.  
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zakfarmusa@gmail.com or (619) 706-1199.  

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund.  

To process a claim, please provide your order number and a photo of the issue.
